All sales are final.

No Warranty on Pre-Owned Firearms sold ‘As Is’

New Firearms may come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty – Contact the Manufacturer to return

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you received an out of the box defective item, please contact the manufacturer directly first.  If you run into an issue with the Manufacturer, please contact us and we will try to work out a solution if we have the item in stock.  If you are missing parts, you will also need to contact the manufacturer as we only stock complete products.

RESTRICTED RETURNS:

Ammunition — For safety reasons, we cannot take returns on loaded ammunition.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you have received ammunition that has issues you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.  All Ammunition Sales / Ammo Components are Final and Non-Returnable.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure you are purchasing and loading the correct ammunition for the firearm you own.  Jim Thorpe Guns & Ammo will not be responsible for improper ammunition applications in any given firearm.

Firearms — All firearms and firearms receiver components (complete receiver, barrels, etc.) sales are final. Please take time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the purchase/transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired.  If you need help with warranty repairs/issues we will be happy to help.
